2024 Ignatian Leadership: Summer Programme for Jesuits in Formation

The Ignatian Leadership Programme is a two-week programme that seeks to foster the attitudes, skills, and knowledge of Ignatian leadership, drawing on Ignatian spirituality, contemporary leadership studies, and the psychology of human flourishing. It is designed to complement the academic studies of Jesuits with formation in leadership, preparing them to be leaders for change in their future missions and institutions.

The Programme is led by the recognised authority on Ignatian leadership, David McCallum SJ, and is held at Campion Hall, the Jesuit postgraduate Hall in the University of Oxford. The Programme is offered by the British Province of the Society of Jesus and supported by the Jesuit Conference of European Provincials.

Roger Dawson SJ, clinical psychologist, Superior of the Jesuits in Scotland

John Dardis SJ, General Counselor for Discernment and Apostolic Planning, General Curia, Rome

Nick Austin SJmoral theologian and Master of Campion Hall

Austen Ivereigh, biographer of Pope Francis, leader in the global Synodal Process, and Fellow in Contemporary Church History at Campion Hall

Deirdre RowePartner in Mission and member of the spirituality team at St Beuno’s Spirituality Centre
