The Ignatian Leadership Programme is a two-week programme that seeks to foster the attitudes, skills, and knowledge of Ignatian leadership, drawing on Ignatian spirituality, contemporary leadership studies, and the psychology of human flourishing. It is designed to complement the academic studies of Jesuits with formation in leadership, preparing them to be leaders for change in their future missions and institutions.
The Programme is led by the recognised authority on Ignatian leadership, David McCallum SJ, and is held at Campion Hall, the Jesuit postgraduate Hall in the University of Oxford. The Programme is offered by the British Province of the Society of Jesus and supported by the Jesuit Conference of European Provincials.
